Hi! My name is Riley Shearn and I am your 2025 Owyhee County Rodeo Queen! I am the daughter of Tom and Debbie Shearn. My mom Debbie, was the Owyhee County Rodeo Queen in 1988 and was recruited to Queen Coordinator after that for many years. She is now the Secretary of OCR, and we are the first mother daughter pair to be crowned! Throughout my time in highschool I have participated in FFA and 4-H where I competed on a national level for both organizations multiple times in Horse Bowl, Horse Judging and Forestry. I have showed swine and horses, and participated in sewing at the Canyon County Fair. I also enjoyed participating in plays in my schools theater program. I will be attending Oliver Finley Academy this fall to pursue cosmetology! I am super excited to represent Owyhee County and be an inspiration and role model to those around me!
